Each elevator motor operates as a generator in braking mode while moving up and down with full load. In conventional elevators, the energy generated by the elevator motor often in braking mode is consumed by burning through the resistor fitted to the driver. The "Green Motion" Smart card, on the other hand, gives this energy to the battery system instead of burning it at the resistor and this energy is used free of charge when the elevator operates as a moor. Green Motion Working Principle

GGreen Motion Intelligent Elevator Energy Management consists of SQML Gearless Elevator Motor, elevator driver, 320 V, 7 Ah battery pack and an intelligent Green Motion card. This card and the elevator driver are connected to the 220 VAC single-phase network. The battery pack is connected to the DC bus of the drive via the intelligent floor. In this way, our motor works even if there is no mains voltage.
